Be prepared to leave your vehicle for repair much longer than the time expected. I was advised that the at the start of the service that they were a couple of days behind. I was without my vehicle for 10 days. My car rental was only covered for 5 days with the car warranty that I have so I was not prepared for the out-of-pocket expense nor the inconvenience of not having my car returned in a timely manner. As a new customer, the repair of the part was satisfying, but the communication breakdown was not. As a result, I will not be returning to this company for any future services on my car which is unfortunate.
