Amazing crew helped me when I broke down in their area !! I was 400 miles from home and 500 to my destination they got me an Uber to get a rental and I continued on and picked up on my way back!! They saved our trip and my sanity!!! Was able to get my car fixed timely and reasonably!! Highly recommend!!!

I went in to get my car checked out because it sounded like a air exhaust leak coming in or something near the transmission making a grinding noise. So they change out my cv axle and radiator. Went back and paid 297$ just to leave the parking lot and it continue to make the same noise. So I take it back and tell me that they’re sorry and check it for free so the next day they guarantee me it’s the transmission and quote me 5500$. So I was told to take it to Nissan by another transmission shop where they would only charge me 4700$ for a new one and install. But TURNS OUT IT WAS A BOOT LOOSE ON MY RACK AND PINION. Because air was getting in caused the grinding noise. So grand total from Nissan 210$ with a new battery!!!! I was so frustrated with this.

Fast service. No unexpected charges. In fact we thought we needed a battery but we're told we didn't. Honest. They easily could have told us we needed a battery and we would not have questioned them. Will continue to use BEST for service

Very nice people on staff, but very slow service. I took my car in for a repair covered by the warranty and it took twice as long as it should have to get my car back total of 10 days.. I had to pay for the extra 5 days of car rental out of pocket. I will go elsewhere if I need more work done.
