Went in for an oil change. Which was already Paid for ($69.99). Asked to have Mobile 1 oil used, they told me it would be an ADDITIONAL $69.99 to use a different brand oil.. >I also wanted an oil additive put in, which I had purchased from the dealership, and have used this additive in every in every oil change I've ever done. They refused. Told me plain oil was "good enough" ,and my additive would cause engine damage, and they dont believe in them. Ok. So I asked them to leave the oil a half quart low so I can put the additive in myself. They didn't do that either. Charged me extra for that half a quart they did put In.

Unfortunately, the 5 Pack Oil Change previously purchased was for 5 Standard Synthetic Oil Changes and not the Premium Mobil 1 Oil Change (there is a big difference in cost). Additionally, unfortunately the 5 Pack you provided did not cover the "Mobil 1" Oil Change requested and cannot be combined with a different oil service than was paid for; due to tracking reasons, difference in cost, and the current promotional rate. This information is made completely aware when purchasing the 5 Pack of Oil Changes at the rate. The base price for a Mobil 1 premium Oil Change is $69.99 for the first five quarts and a filter. You are completely correct, we do not install customer supplied parts, especially any fluid additives that may damage working components, such as your engine. We care greatly about the services we provide, our customers, the industry and will not compromise our integrity with these products. We simply want what’s best for you and your vehicle. We principally, performed the requested oil change to the highest standard in the industry, and will not purposely leave any engine with less than the manufactured specific quantity or grade of oil during any service. The service cost was valid and there wasn't an overcharge, with clear personal documentation of your approval to perform the service. We are truly sorry we could not meet your expectations and wish you the best auto repair experience in the future.
