I had my wheel bearings packed and brakes done. It seemed pricey but, I didn’t shop the quote. This week I called for a quote on replacing the inner and outer tie rods with a front end alignment. The parts for the job were over $700...so I looked online at Autozone online and found them for less than $200. Their estimate for the work was $1,219. That took me to getting another estimate from the shop I used to use in Woodstock. Their quote for the same job was $609...double the price. Needless to say, I drove back to Woodstock. Get an estimate and compare! My issue is not with their work...it’s with price gouging.

made appointment. was able to drop off my truck the night before. work was done on time and had me back on the road. Very friendly staff. a big thing for me was that you could actually talk to someone on the phone..and the price was great.. Will be going back here in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just moved to the area, so I did what everyone else does. Headed to Google and went through reviews. Saw all the positive comments about this place and decided to come here after what I thought was a burst radiator hose. They got me in very fast because I was late for my new job. Had me in and out in 2 hours. Told me everything that was getting fixed. Very great service. Everyone was friendly..I'm horrible with names but the lady at the front desk is super friendly. Mechanic was also extremely helpful and explained everything to me. Will return for sure.

Thank you to Best Auto Repair Experience for a great repair. My only problem was a problem with a little thing called COVID-19. Of course, that was not a controllable factor for anyone. But the work done was fabulous! Danny, Chris and everyone there did an excellent job!
