My Silverado 1500 4x4 wasn’t feeling very well.I was pretty sure it was transmission problems.Let’s face it when it comes to transmission problems you take it to a professional and qualified transmission technician/mechanic.Danny is both of these.He kept me informed and gave me options.I asked him “If this was your truck.What would you do?”I went with his opinion.Not only is my truck running more smoothly and efficiently but it ended up being at a lower price than first anticipated.If you need any repairs/service done to your auto or truck,take it to the absolute “Best Auto Repair Experience” you’ll ever have.Did I mention Pamela?Shes always smiling.She helps you relax with her outgoing personality. Danny, the manager and Pamela the customer service rep are awesome! As a woman I've been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past but I feel really comfortable taking my car to this shop. They are reasonably priced and they do a great job! Both of them are extremely good at customer service, in fact, I trust this place completely and will never take my car anywhere else! Great team. They spent a few days tracking down the problem with my convertible, the top is up, but in order to complete repair, the mechanic decided to save me time and money and not start replacing micro switches until he could find the defective ones. The price was reasonable. I would recommend Best Auto Repair service on European cars.

Love that they do a complete diagnostic on the vehicle and text it to you. Great to see what needs work and what’s ok.

I did like the fact I could make an appointment for the service on my GMC. But I did not like the fact that it took the entire day to repair the brakes. I realize, getting the parts might have caused this delay, but as I pointed out, I thought making the early appointment and dropping my truck by the evening before would have not caused this "all day" repair. But my truck is running great and I could definitely feel the difference when I drove it yesterday. We are new to Cartersville and had been looking for a good and honest repair shop for my truck and my wife's vehicle.
