Business Owner - CEO
Chris was born and raised in Cartersville, Georgia. He recently married Yeimi in late 2017. He currently resides in Acworth, Georgia. He started his career in automotive sweeping floors at a local automotive store, where the business owner would teach him about automotive. After a few years he was able to confidently enter in the industry as a G/S Technician. He performed light duty repairs, and tires for several years before earning Technician status. He worked as a Technician for several years, learning and sharping his skills before advancing into Service. He says "At that time, Service is where I thought I had found my true passion." Service proved to be a great challenge to Chris. "I wasn't always outgoing. I used to be quite shy and felt uneasy talking to people. It took several years for me to feel comfortable talking to people, and I am glad I had the opportunity."
During the time as Service Advisor, he designed systems and developed operating procedures to help an automotive store run more efficiently, while keeping workplace moral high. He dreamed of opening his own store one day and bringing his vision to light. After a few years of working in service, Chris started self-studying marketing and design to help better his career. He says, "I thought service was my passion but then I realized human interactions and operations are my true passions." Creating an environment where people are treated civil, automotive repair is less stressful, and training stays current is Chris' constant and current goals.
Chris has more than 12 years experience in the automotive repair industry. He founded Best Auto Repair Experience with the belief that automotive repairs and/or services can be a very stressful time for many. He believes human interaction is getting harder to find in the automotive repair industry and believes customers should be family. He believes in high quality of work, while maintaining constant communication to the customer. The best thing about working at Best Auto Repair Experience is the vision. Chris cares about his employees, customers, and their vehicles. He takes immense pride in making sure you have the best experience possible, hence the name.
He enjoys reading, spending time with his family and friends, and has passion in training martial arts. However, his favorite past time is primitive hiking and camping in the woods, to enjoying nature.
