It is very easy in today’s world to get complacent in our thoughts and in our actions. It’s becoming more natural to focus on what we are doing rather than why we are doing it. Why do we do what we do?

At BARE, we believe that it is our professional obligation to inform our customers of their vehicle’s overall health, potential safety concerns, and to better explain everyday car care. Please allow us to share an internal example.

Why do we perform a vehicle inspection with every oil service? It is not an easy, nor a quick task to perform our safety vehicle inspections. Our technicians undergo extensive internal training to offer this high level of information. It takes an average of about an hour per vehicle inspection, as well as, we do not charge for performing this with our services.

Often, we have customers ask “Can you do a quick oil change?” or “I only want the oil change”. Yes, it would be much easier to just do a “quick oil change”. However, we know that without having the information about your vehicle’s overall health we can’t offer honest, professional advice about how to take care of your vehicle. We can’t inform you accurately about your vehicle or answer questions truthfully without having the answers you deserve.
