Why does ASE Exist? What does the blue seal mean?

What is ASE? ASE, is short for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. ASE is a non-profit organization. Since 1972, ASE has worked to improve the quality of vehicle repair and services by standardize testing and certifying automotive professionals. Why Does ASE Exist? To protect the automotive service consumer, shop owner, and the automotive technician. ASE tests and certifies automotive professionals, so they can offer tangible proof of their technical knowledge. Why We Do, What We Do

Why We Do, What We Do

It is very easy in today’s world to get complacent in our thoughts and in our actions. It’s becoming more natural to focus on what we are doing rather than why we are doing it. Often, we have customers ask “Can you do a quick oil change?” or “I only want the oil change”. Yes, it would be much easier to just do a “quick oil change”. However, we know that without ha ... read more
