Review: Really poor communication. Called in about my car and a worker said they would have Joe call me when he gets back and I waited 2 weeks and no phone call. I called back to let them know I was getting a tow set up to get it out of there and everything seemed fine until I called back in the next business day to find out they were in the process of getting my car impounded. Then they were extremely rude and acted like I had been a huge problem for them. I tried calling them twice and didn’t get one phone call returned.

Review: I came to town for a funeral, and my alternator died as soon as I arrived. I was too far from home to have my car towed, and was worried I'd have to take a train back and forth for work while waiting for the part to arrive and someone to have time to replace it.Joe had my car fixed in about 24 hours for an extremely fair price. I have driven my car several hundred miles since he replaced the alternator and there's no sign of the battery light!NWAuto made a trip that was already very hard much easier than it could have been, and I cannot thank or recommend them enough. If you are looking for a mechanic with serious integrity and know-how, this is the place to go.
