Review: Zach is a top notch guy. Happy to use him( and his crew) in the future. Extremely good at communicating price and time frame. Dropped off in the morning and had it back at the end of business day. I sent him a message at 9pm the night before. and at 9am the next morning he was working on my rig.. and by 5pm.. driving home. This is pretty rare in the automotive world. We found some personal interests we connected on, and he did the work requested well and on time., and on budget.Cant ask for more than that from a mechanic. Thanks Zach. Ill be back with my wifes car and any other issues we have.

Review: Very nice young men but after increasing price multiple times, adding more and more repairs, then when i was sent home with a "fixed" car it wasn't. I returned it to have the repair completed and then was told what needed done was additional repair beyind what I can afford. So I left with an unrivaled car and no money to find a replacement. I would like to talk with the owner but I don't know how to contact them.Disappointed.

Review: I took my vehicle to Watson's the evening before the snow storm arrived (with freezing rain that lasted a week). The work that needed done on my vehicle ended up being a little bit complicated but Zack and his crew kept plugging away at it and got it back to me in a timely manner. Even the snowy, icey, freezing weather didn't stop them from showing up to work everyday and getting the job done. They provided courtesy transportation to/from my house and charged a fair price. They are super professional and friendly. I'm glad they've established themselves here in St Helens; it feel like a safe place to go for continued business.
